  • Ronseal

    Optional carried out the decommissioning and removal of their site air conditioning equipment, which comprised of over 20 aged systems operating on R22 Refrigerant.

    The systems were replaced with new replacement technology systems abd included Inverter technology and operating on R410a refrigerant.

    The systems offer greater energy efficiency abd are covered by their respective 36 months warranty.

    Lydgate School Sheffield

    The Heat Recovery Air Conditioning Systems provide the most cost effective means of cooling and heating to the School abd the Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems utilises the heat energy in the extracted air to re-heat the incoming fresh air to keep the Children and Staff comfortable.

    These changes will result in far lower energy bills for the School.

    I was introduced to Optional Maintenance after they won the contract to replace some aging air conditioning units around the Ronseal site.

    Mark along with his team of engineers carried out the installation in a professional manner, working to an agreed time scale and limiting disruption to a minimum.

    All the engineers were punctual and extremely courteous to all Ronseal staff during the installation period. Ronseal Ltd have now asked Optional Maintenance to carry out the periodic maintenance to all air conditioning plant on site.
